What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, debit cards, credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer flexible payment options with PayPal Pay in 3 for eligible orders, allowing you to spread the cost over three interest-free instalments.
I haven’t received my order confirmation email – what should I do?
Our system automatically sends a confirmation email within minutes of placing your order. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam or junk folder. If the confirmation email isn’t there, you may not receive subsequent updates about your order progress and delivery tracking. Please contact us so we can ensure you receive all important order communications.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free delivery on orders over:
£75 – UK Mainland
£100 – Scottish Highlands & Islands
£200 – Channel Islands, Isle of Man & Ireland
Free shipping thresholds are subject to change and may vary during promotional periods.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We deliver throughout the UK, Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and most European countries. For deliveries to the USA, Canada, or Australia, please contact us with your chosen light and quantity for a shipping quote.
What is your returns policy?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns, please contact us first so we can help resolve the issue. We may offer repair or replacement for faulty products. In-stock items and Burford Lights can be returned. Please note that lights made to order by Mullan Lighting are custom-made to your specifications and are not covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. How long will my order take to arrive?
Most of our lights are handcrafted to order, which typically takes 2 weeks, though many arrive sooner. We place weekly orders with our workshop, and lights are produced in strict rotation to ensure fairness. If your order will take longer than expected, we’ll notify you by email. For in-stock items and spares, delivery is usually within one week.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We understand that plans change. You can cancel your order for a full refund provided your lights haven’t entered production or been dispatched. If your order has already left the factory, standard return charges will apply. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
Are your lights dimmable?
Yes, all our lights are compatible with dimmer switches. For LED bulbs, you’ll need dimmable LED bulbs and a compatible LED dimmer switch. We can supply both dimmable bulbs and appropriate dimmer switches if needed – just ask!
