Delivery Costs
We delivery to All UK addresses including Scottish Islands, Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Ireland (where there may be duty to pay).
A flate rate charge may be made, and will be shown in the checkout before you buy – Free shipping is also available on orders, dependant on order value. (UK Mainland is Free)
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase and would like to resolve any issues if at all possible so please contact us first. We reserve the right to replace or repair any faulty product.
We accept returns for standard Lights purchased from this website (fishermanslights.co.uk), even though they assembled to your order, for a full refund less any postage costs.
Where the lights supplied are non-standard, i.e. additional work such as Brushed or Polished finish, these can be returned but the cost of the modification will be deducted.
Returned goods within 14 days & must be unused and have not been installed or fitted and returned in original (or good) packing, they will not be accepted where goods have been used or installed and prevent them being re-sold as new. Always return items by a method that can be tracked and keep a receipt.
Cost of the return is the buyers responsibility, we can arrange collection of a return and will quote if required, (these costs to be deducted from refund). Alternatively use one of the carriers on this site. Parcels 2 Go (we do not receive any reward for this service)
Refunds will be made within 30 days. (Normally within 14 days)
