If you want impact then a pendant is great, if your looking to use a pendant that is more than 60cm (horizontally) from your bath or washbasin, then the pendants here will work well & do not require an IP rating, however if space is limited then an IP44 or IP65 rated light could be required.

Choosing Bathroom Lighting — What to Know First
Bathrooms have specific requirements that make lighting choices more important than in other rooms:
IP ratings matter. Bathrooms are divided into zones — the closer to water, the higher the IP rating required. For most wall light positions away from the shower or bath, IP44 is sufficient. For lights directly above or adjacent to a shower, IP65 is the minimum requirement. All our bathroom-suitable fittings specify their IP rating clearly.
Character counts. A bathroom doesn’t have to feel clinical. Our nautical and heritage wall lights bring genuine character to bathroom spaces — particularly suited to period properties, coastal homes and country cottages where chrome fittings would feel out of place.
Scale carefully. Bathrooms are often smaller rooms where proportion matters. A fitting that works in a hallway can overwhelm a bathroom.
